Who We Are

Prevue LLC is a Home Inspection business owned and operated by Lou Callaghan. Lou has been a State of Florida licensed Home Inspector # HI 1032 since 2011. Prevue performs written Home Inspections, New Construction Inspections, 4 Pt Inspections, and Uniform Wind Mitigation Verification Reports. 
Prevue also offers a verbal walk-through inspection service for a buyer wanting a general overall opinion of a property prior to an offer, or a seller who wants the same overall opinion on areas that could be improved prior to listing a property. This service is not meant to replace the benefits of a full written inspection.
Prevue LLC and L.D. Callaghan, Inc. , a General Contractor License # CGC 062591, also offers a residential consulting service for the homeowners who want to manage their own project prior to and during the construction of a renovation, remodel, or new construction residential project.

Our History

Lou Callaghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Construction Management and Business Administration from the University of North Florida. 
After working 6 years as a Project Manager for commercial contracting companies, L.D. Callaghan, Inc. was started in 2001 offering and completing various light commercial and residential construction projects. 
​From a trades apprentice to entrepreneur, Lou Callaghan started Prevue LLC, a Real Estate Inspection and Consulting Co., in 2011 as a natural out growth of over 35 years of construction experience. 
Prevue LLC continues the same tradition of work ethic and client satisfaction as was the goal started over 35 years ago.
